To open an XML document from the web one only needs to enter the web address into the load file dialog. Click 'File' then click 'Load XML'. The file load dialog should then appear (see right image). In the drop down box labeled 'URI' enter the web address of the document you wish to load. The HTTP protocol should be available on all systems, HTTPS might be available depending or your system setup, and FTP is not yet implemented.
